Definitions & Interpretation

Bonus & Promotions Policy

2. Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated on every promotion page before opt-in.
3. Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms on each promotion page.
4. Maximum bet during wagering: While an active bonus is applied to your Account, the maximum single bet or stake allowed per round is ৳500 (or the equivalent promotional limit stated in the specific promotion terms). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
5. Bonus expiry: All Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are removed from the Account automatically.
6. Promotional abuse: pvip casino reserves the right to withhold bonus payments, void bonus winnings, and close Accounts where it determines — at its reasonable discretion — that a Player has engaged in promotional abuse, bonus exploitation, arbitrage betting, or any other activity inconsistent with good-faith participation in the promotion.
7. Promotion changes: pvip casino may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be permitted to complete the promotion under the original terms applicable at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or to prevent fraudulent exploitation.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on pvip casino, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account on pvip casino, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, evading a self-exclusion, or any other reason.
• Money laundering: Using pvip casino for the purpose of laundering funds derived from illegal activity. pvip casino cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any such investigation and maintains transaction records as required.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Either you or pvip casino may close your Account. The circumstances and consequences of closure differ depending on whether closure is initiated by the Player or by pvip casino.

Closure by the Player: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting pvip casino support at [email protected]. Before the Account is closed, any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a distinct category — see below.

Self-Exclusion: pvip casino takes self-exclusion requests with complete seriousness as part of its responsible gaming commitment. You may initiate a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or permanent exclusion via your Account settings or by contacting support. During the exclusion period:

• Your Account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals can be made.

• No early reinstatement is available — not even on personal request. This protection is absolute.

In the event of closure by pvip casino for a breach of these Terms, any real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be subject to forfeiture if the breach involved fraudulent activity, money laundering, or exploitation of promotional terms. pvip casino will provide written notice of the grounds for forfeiture and allow a reasonable period for the Player to respond.
